According to Prof Bart Nnaji the current value of Geometric Power Aba IPP project is $800m.

With the confirmation that former Governor Okezie Ikpeazu actually bought 3.5% of the shares in Aba IPP project for Ndi Abia it means that we have a current value of $28m left behind by Dr Ikpeazu. Assuming Governor Otti decides to sell our stake today he should collect $28m.

Please how much did your own Governor leave behind in investment for his successor?

Note that Dr Ikpeazu also left $50m from Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) account for 500km of listed rural roads in Abia State and the Otti administration is already benefiting without letting the public know it is from the efforts of Dr Ikpeazu.

For record purposes, Ikpeazu administration paid counterpart funds for that RAAMP facility.

In additional to that, Dr Ikpeazu negotiated and got $115m from AfDB, to do more roads in Abia State.

The roads in the AfDB loan portfolio were designed by an international consultant through a procurement process supervised by AfDB with 1.5m Dollars grant from AfDB. Governor Otti is now benefiting.

Do you now understand why I stated that the roads being done today in Abia were funded by the efforts of former Governor Okezie Ikpeazu? When next Governor Alex Otti pretentiously wonder what former Governor Okezie Ikpeazu used borrowed money for please show him this post to confirm that he is actually the person spending the money and not Ikpeazu.
