The Novalie Girlchild Foundation has officially launched the ambitious “Project Send 37,000 Girls Back to School” at St John Secondary School, Awka, marking a significant step in its mission to reintegrate out-of-school girls across Nigeria. This launch follows the successful enrollment of over 400 beneficiaries nationwide, with a majority coming from the northern regions of the country.

The foundation’s structured program not only facilitates the re-enrollment of girls who dropped out of school but also offers vocational skill training opportunities for those preferring skill acquisition over formal education. Through this dual approach, the Novalie Girlchild and Empowerment Project aims to empower girls with education and practical skills, enabling them to build sustainable futures.

At the Awka launch event, the amazing girl students of St John Secondaryy School were impacted and received essential education materials, a vital support component designed to ease their transition back into learning environments. The initiative reflects the foundation’s commitment to bridging educational gaps, reducing out-of-school rates, and enhancing female empowerment across diverse Nigerian communities.

The project continues to actively engage beneficiaries nationwide, promising continued outreach, mentorship, and support as the girls embark on their educational journeys or vocational training paths.
