My attention has been drawn to a fabricated and malicious publication by *Africblog Oct 16, 2025* circulating online, falsely claiming that I granted an interview “backing the rejection of nationwide protests.” Let it be stated clearly and without ambiguity, I never granted any such interview, made any such statement, nor authorized anyone to speak on my behalf.

This is a blatant falsehood, a cheap and desperate propaganda stunt orchestrated by political opportunists who thrive on lies and confusion. Those behind this forged publication should know that their attempt to drag my name into their sinking narrative has failed woefully.

Let it be on record that no journalist, media house, or platform ever interviewed me on the said matter. There is no audio, no video, no transcript, and no evidence whatsoever to back this fake report, because it simply never happened.

This is the handiwork of political mischief-makers, the same desperate elements who are threatened by the rising voice of truth and integrity in Abia and beyond. They believe in deceit, blackmail, and manufactured headlines. But I warn them: I will not sit back while faceless propagandists attempt to put words in my mouth.

Let the general public, the media, and all right-thinking citizens take note, any publication, post, or report quoting me in support of such positions should be disregarded and treated as FAKE NEWS

I stand firmly for truth, justice, and responsible civic engagement, not for orchestrated narratives designed to mislead the people. Those who published or sponsored this falsehood have exposed themselves as enemies of credibility and good governance.

Henceforth, any media outlet or individual that publishes or circulates such fabricated statements will face legal and reputational consequences.

The public is hereby warned: disregard this fake interview in its entirety. It did not emanate from me and carries no iota of truth.
